
Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have.
Gosh, this is so hard. I'm really struggling with finding one thing that I do that I shouldn't. See, the problem is that I have at least three really bad habits that simply gotta' go.
First, I still smoke, although not a TON, but it still pisses me off. I hate it. I wish I'd never started. I would love to go back to high school when all those fun-hating adults warned me that some day I'd wish I'd never started smoking and I would tell them they were right. At this point in my life, I really only smoke out of boredom. I'm on Chantix again and have decided that I WILL BE SMOKE FREE BY THE END OF THE YEAR.
Second, I interrupt more than I should. Really, I do. I just have so much random stuff in my head I feel like I'm racing to get it out and free up some frickin' space.
Finally, I want to stop cussing so much. I don't know why I do it... does it give what I'm saying more meaning or is it really just distracting from what I'm saying to those who are trying to listen? It sounds trashy and a lot of people find it offensive. When I hear someone else use profanity, I hate it. But sometimes it's just fun to curse like a sailor. I really should stop. Hmmm. Do I hear a New Years resolution? I think I do!
So, take from that what you will, that's all I got.

Keep the cursing and the interrupting and lose the smoking :) IMHO of course.
I could have written this myself. In fact, I even wanted to say 'smoking' on my bad habit challenge day but was too embarrassed! Then yesterday I received a packet of Silk Cut in the mail and decided to just throw it out there, hoping I'd be ridiculed into quitting, haha. So far no luck, but I have smoked almost all the Silk Cut.

Coralene- I was embarrassed too, but WTH. Silk Cut? I have never heard of those! Are they super silky or what? :)
