Why 'Love, Lisa'?

Day 02- The meaning behind your blog name

Oh, em, gee, where do I begin? My URL is ellewendell.blogspot.com (obviously) and if you say it out loud, you get my first name's initial (elle = L.) and my married name that, when pronounced correctly, rhymes with 'elle'.

Now, regarding the blog name, the first one I used was '37 Wall Street', which is the actual street address of Tiffany and Co. in New York. I was on a bit of a Tiffany kick, I thought it was catchy because of Chris' business and then, once I started coming into my own and less into being a product of good branding, I switched it to 'Love, Lisa.'

I chose 'Love, Lisa' because for as long as I can remember, I've signed letters, cards, gift tags, etc. that way. Pretty much anything hand written. However, in an effort to give a typed blog the same personal feel, I felt it best to sign off the same way I would if I'd hand written the blog on paper. So, that's where it comes from. Not the most interesting story, but it is what it is....
