Here we go — — —
1. I'm ashamed to start with this, but I can't help it. Every week at work on Wednesday, my fabulous office treats us all to breakfast of one kind or another. Some days it's bagels, cereal, pastries or biscuits/gravy. One day it was this. I am eternally grateful.

2. Saint Honore Boulangerie: This gem of an authentic French bakery in NW Portland [there's one in Lake O as well] is one of my long-time favorites and more specifically, I'm loving the Croque Monsieur and their Chocolate Croissants are deeee-vine. Quite the opposite of #1, no?

3. NineteenFortyOne.com is the official Zoom Creates blog. It is chock full of awesomeness and I adore everything about it. We all take turns posting to the blog and the varied interests and insights are unbelievable. It also helps that I pretty much love everyone I work with.

4. I tried so hard to dislike this kid, but I've discovered that it is absolutely impossible to not love him. This is especially difficult when you watch the video below, when he was about 9 or 10, in the bathroom while brushing his teeth. Love.

5. When I first tried this stuff, I thought it smelled a little like bug spray. However, I realize now that, in fact, it smells like the Caribbean, which makes perfect sense because there are about a bazillion bugs there. Anyhow, I love it now and wish I could afford the large size which is $40, instead of the travel size which is $8. Oh well. Burger King is really the only place you can have it "your way" all the time anyway.

6. Creepy, eerie and so twisted you'll think about it for a couple days, wondering if you might not be sane after all. Must see.

7. Ok, I'm not sure yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion that sometime in the next 6 months my current ring [below] might be going back on the market [for sale].

This would happen mostly because I've fallen in love with one of the two rings below, even though I tried super hard to not trade up for a couple years, but everytime I see these, I love them too. They call me name. Oh, that I should have such troubles!
PS: We can have them made for d i r t c h e a p. All day, every day. If people only knew what kind of markup retail jewelry stores had, they'd do two things: be sick and never shop retail jewelry again.

8. On that note, I need to point out something I'm extremely proud of: Portland Diamond Co.
As Director of Marketing and Co-Owning-Spouse-Who-Isn't-In-Charge-Of-A-Whole-Bunch, I am responsible for coming up with fabulous ideas, managing all aspects of outreach, making sure ideas are executed and in this case, designing the new website! I'm not a designer by trade, to be sure, but I'm fairly excited that I was able to create something that could possibly be mistaken for a professional website. Cheers to me!
Thanks also to Kurtis Holsapple for his brilliant development wizardry in coding the site to make it internet-tacular.

9. Finally, some quality television programming! Don't get me wrong, I'm a reality tv junkie, or used to be, but these kind of shows should set the standard for "quality" tv.

10. What a fabulous read this was! The insight into the canine mind was lovely and I find that books such as this that have emphasis on the human—canine relationship always seem to draw me nearer to my own little darling dog. The quote from the book that I loved the most?
"Above all, dogs are witnesses. They are allowed access to our most private moments. They are there when we think we are alone. Think of what they could tell us. They sit on the laps of presidents. They see acts of love and violence, quarrels and feuds, and the secret play of children. If they could tell us everything they have seen, all of the gaps of our lives would stitch themselves together."
I recommend this novel to anyone who loves a good book and loves a good dog. Get it, read it, pass it on to a dog loving friend near you.

I love your whole list, but I can't get over #1. Pancakes and sausage? On a stick?! I had no idea this existed! I'm at work right now and all I want to do is go to Albertsons. Unbelievable! Definitely picking these up on my way home :) I am a huge fan of all food on sticks.
You are quite welcome for making PDC's website internet-tacular.
Cheers.
